Shipping policy

At FDL Cheese, we are committed to providing you with the best possible service, which includes prompt and reliable shipping. We use DPD as our courier.

Order Processing Time

Once you place an order, we will process and ship it within 1-2 business days before the agreed delivery date. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates

Our shipping rates are flat fees. You can see the shipping cost at checkout before you confirm your order.

Delivery Time

DPD provides standard delivery times for the UK in 1-2 business days. Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping destination and any unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number for your shipment via email once it has been shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the DPD website.

Failed Deliveries

If DPD cannot deliver your shipment, they will make a maximum of two additional delivery attempts before returning the package to us. In the event of a failed delivery, we will contact you to determine the best action.
