Refund policy

Returns and Refunds: We take pride in providing our customers with the highest quality cheese wedding cakes, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or refunds for orders placed three weeks or less before the delivery date or for items that have already been shipped.

 

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting The Cheese Wedding Cake Shop directly. If your cancellation is approved, and you have already paid for your goods, you will receive a full refund.

 

Order Changes

If you need to make changes to your order, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of placing your order, and include your order number and the details of the changes you require. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we cannot guarantee changes will be possible due to the perishable nature of our products.

 

Refunds

We will notify you if your refund has been approved. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still have not received your refund, please get in touch with us at cakes@fdlcheeses.co.uk.
